Carver800 has 5.8 tonsweight, which makes the machine much stable. The upper of the machine bed leans forwards to avoid the cutting oil and the scraps piling on the machine. And a special fork position is designed at the bottom of the machine fpr convenient transportation.

35# liner guides are equipped on X and Y axes, and the extended sliders are used for X-axis liner guide to improve its rigidity and reduce the vibration in machining.

Cleaning up the scraps conveniently is its characteristic. The scrap-spout and the flushing pipe are in a line without crankles, thus making it easy to rush out the scraps. There are two types of oil tank for option:one is made by BEIJNG JINGDIAO, but the scraps should be cleaned manually, the other type is one with automatic cleaning-up function. We recommend the oil tank with auto cleaning-up function.

Carver800 is suitable for precision machining of middle-size and large-size molds, and the max.cutter diameter can reach uo to 16mm.
